“Rajnikanth doesn’t qualify to be a politician” says BJP leader
Tamil Nadu: The BJP national leader Subramanyam Swamy is very well known for the controversial comments and he is also called as the Ram Gopal Varma of Indian politics. And now he went on to commenting on the rumors which suggested that Super Star Rajnikanth might enter politics. He isn’t the first one to oppose Rajni’s entry into politics, already Tamil actor Sharath Kumar opposed Rajnikanth’s entry into politics by basing his place of origin.
“Rajnikanth belongs to Karnataka and he is not a Tamilian, so he doesn’t qualify to become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu,” said Sharath Kumar speaking at a press meet. After those comments lead to some conflicts between the fans associations of both the heroes now comes to the BJP leader Subramanyam Swamy into the picture. He commented on Rajnikanth saying that he is a mere actor and he cannot fit into politics of the state.
Subramanyam Swamy further commented that the politicians of Tamil Nadu are better actors than him, which the fans took quite seriously and are preparing themselves to hold protests statewide soon and demanded Subramanyam Swamy to take it back. The meet of Rajnikanth’s fan association yesterday and sudden cancellation of Rajni’s Sri Lanka trip are the series of events which are giving an indication that something interesting will be announced soon.
Keeping the political heat apart, there are also talks in the Tamil Nadu Film Industry that Rajnikanth is trying to wrap up the Robot 2.0 as early as possible so that he can think of announcing his entry into the politics. So by seeing all these in a nutshell it definitely gives a clue that Rajni might announce something big soon. We should just wait and let time decide what will happen in the state of Tamil Nadu at this point of political instability.
