Drawing the inspiration from Hollywood’s Blind Fury (1989) it can be said that Sanjay Gupta did handle the subject really carefully and made changes to make the movie adaptable to the Bollywood audience. We’ve seen Hrithik many experimenting roles and though they failed, he never gave up. He came again with the challenging role of a visually impaired person and nailed the performance and Yami Gautam did gel well with Hrithik and their chemistry on screen is worth mentioning. One can easily get connected to the characters in the movie and if you are a sensitive person you need to have a hanky in hand to weep your tears. There are a plethora of emotional scenes between the lead couple. The movie can be given a 5/5 in terms of technical aspects as the Camera work by Sudeep Chatterjee and Rassool is fantabulous. And this movie is definitely a tough competition to Shahrukh Khan’s Raees.
