Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy in Surender Reddy’s hands
Entertainment: Director Surender Reddy gave a comeback with the film Dhruva last December. With the failure of Kick 2 which was a highly awaited movie, many doubted the future of Surender Reddy in Telugu Film Industry. But at this period Ram Charan Tej too was facing a down graph in his career and Surender Reddy approached him with the script of Dhruva. Dhruva was an official remake of the Tamil superhit film Thani Oruvan.
Ram Charan Tej agreed to do the project and with that movie both were back on track with a decent hit. Now Surender Reddy has bagged another project from the Mega family. Surender Reddy will be directing the 151st movie of Megastar Chiranjeevi. With his 15oth movie, Megastar did give a good comeback. Inspired by the hits of Baahubali and Gautamiputra Satakarni which are periodic movies. He will be starring the biopic of India’s first freedom fighter from Rayalaseema. He will be playing the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
It is said that Chiranjeevi badly wanted to tell the story of this real-life hero to the people of Andhra Pradesh. This unsung story is derived from various sources. Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy will be produced by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Tej. The film unit has confirmed that SS Thaman will be scoring the music this time for Chiranjeevi’s 151st.
In a recent press met post ‘Repalle’ wrap up the producer Ram Charan Tej confirmed that the pre-production for the film is in full swing and soon the unit will start filming it. Few sources say that the movie will be launched on August 22nd i.e. on the birthday of Megastar Chiranjeevi. In order to ensure that Chiranjeevi fits into the character of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy aptly it is said that he is taking special care when it comes to his diet.
